Enaway is building a better way for freelancers and businesses to get paid across borders. This page explains what we collect on our waitlist, why we collect it, and your choices.
What we collect
- Your first name and email address.
- Your answers to our short questions: your role, where you're based, where your clients are, and payment ranges and preferences. We only ask for ranges, never exact amounts or bank details.
- Optionally, your X handle and whether you're open to a call.
- Which link brought you here (for example a referral code), so we can credit referrals.
Why we collect it
- To keep your place on the waitlist and email you about launch and early access.
- To understand payment problems and decide what to build first. We analyse answers in aggregate.
- To contact you for a short call, only if you ticked that box.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your data.
- We don't send marketing that isn't about Enaway.
- This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Where it's stored
Waitlist data is stored securely with Google (Google Sheets and Gmail), which may process it outside your country. Only the Enaway team can access it.
How long we keep it
Until we launch and for up to 24 months after, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe at any time. Just email hello@enaway.com and we'll act within 30 days. Depending on where you live, laws such as the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and the UK/EU GDPR give you these rights, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
